About this session:

In today's dynamic business world, the role of coaching and mentoring in the development of effective leadership cannot be overstated. These two complementary practices are essential for middle and upper management professionals to hone their skills, adapt to changes, and lead their teams to success. Both methods can help people grow and reach their full potential, and they can both give people the opportunity to take responsibility for their development. However, there are some differences between the two. This workshop is aimed at engaging the participants in discussing the differences between mentoring and coaching, why it is important in the workplace, and what to do if neither approach seems to be working.
