Ken Wertz is the Executive Director of the National School Plant Management Association (NSPMA), a nonprofit dedicated to advancing the professionalism, education, and networking of school facilities professionals across the United States. Through professional development programs, advocacy efforts, and legislative partnerships, NSPMA works to enhance support for those managing and maintaining public school facilities nationwide. Beyond his role with NSPMA, Ken actively contributes to several organizations, including the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) Designer Selection Panel as an Appointed Public Member and the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association as a Facilities Risk Reduction Consulting Specialist. Ken is a nationally recognized public speaker, delivering hundreds of presentations at facilities management conferences and events across the country.
