Aneta Mistak currently serves as the Director of Operations at Illinois's second-largest high school district. With over 20 years of experience in the facility maintenance industry, she possesses a diverse background that encompasses education and hospitality, among other fields. Aneta is an active member of the Illinois Association of School Board Officials and chair of the Professional Development Committee for Operations and Maintenance. Furthermore, she instructs the Essentials of Custodial Operations as part of the Facility Operation program, thereby contributing to the education of others in this critical area.
