Kirsten received both her bachelor?s degree in Biochemistry and PhD in Immunology from the University of Colorado. Before joining The Clorox Company, she worked as a researcher at the University of California San Francisco and then as a medical writer. In her current role, Kirsten is responsible for understanding and communicating the technical attributes and public health benefits of cleaning and disinfecting in areas of need such as healthcare, restaurants, athletic facilities, and schools. Kirsten is also responsible for identifying new evidenced-based opportunities where Clorox can help improve health outcomes through the use of innovative products, clear and easy to follow processes, and enabling cleaning competency of staff members who clean.
