Karen Wills is the Program Manager at the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). With a background in interior design and engineering, she is dedicated to promoting safety and preventing slip-and-fall accidents. As the walkway auditor trainer, Karen brings valuable expertise to her role, ensuring that NFSI safety standards are effectively understood and able to be applied in the field. In addition to her training responsibilities, Karen leads the NFSI Advisory Board, assists in writing safety standards, and conducts corporate training sessions and webinars. She is also a certified OSHA trainer. Outside of her professional achievements, Karen enjoys traveling with her husband and their daughter, who is currently in college.
