Nicole Moser, MBA

Nicole Moser is a Subject Matter Expert with the North American Tech and Services Team for Sodexo. She is an expert in the cleaning and facilities management industry with both operational leadership experience and out-of-unit support expertise. She is the primary point of contact for the Corporate Services and Energy and Resource Segments in North American supporting them in the deployment of Sodexo?s Site Management System. She also maintains and develops Soft Facilities Management service lines and tools including cleaning, laundry and linen, health and fitness services, front of house, mailroom, and conference services. Nicole is a leader in the Employee Business Resource Group SoTogether FM. She is a trained facilitator of Sodexo?s Diversity Learning Labs. She also supports the Sodexo culture of mentoring, in both formal and informal arrangements, as a mentor and mentee. Nicole has worked in Facilities Management for over 20 years; she holds a Bachelor of Science in Management/Marketing from Juniata College and a Master of Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time with her husband and two active teenagers, you can find her on the side of a field, court, or concert most evenings and weekends.
