The Exhibitor Resource section is your one stop shop for all of the forms, information and links you need to prepare for the event. We encourage you to visit the section often as new forms and information is added frequently.

Please be careful if you are contacted by a third-party vendor posing or leading you to believe that they work on behalf of CBC. Some that use this tactic would be contacting you for hotel reservations or attendee list rentals.
Housing: Visit Baltimore is the official housing bureau for CBC and reservations need to be made through the CBC housing site. The CBC housing
bureau will NOT call you to make a reservation. If you are contacted by phone or E-mail from Convention Experts, Event Housing Planner-Joanna Payne,
or anyone from event-housing.com, they do NOT work on behalf of CBC.
List Rentals: CBC does NOT rent or sell the registrant lists. Any exhibitors that are paid in full will receive the registrant list with mailing information
only (no phone or Email) within 14 days post-event. The E-mails will use the CBC name but do NOT fall for this. Please forward the email to cbc@rocexhibitions.com so we can send a cease-and-desist notice and then block that email address. Click here to see examples of scam emails. Updates are sent to the primary contact that is listed on your space invoice.

Your Exhibitor login password will be emailed to the main point of contact (who was on the space contract) along with the registration link. Anyone that secured space prior to 1/15/24 would have received the email on 1/17/24. Anyone that secures space after 1/15/24 will receive their password the Friday after securing space. The email would come from cbc@compusystems.com
If you do not receive the password Email, sometimes it is blocked by spam/junk filters, please email cbc@rocexhibitions.com for your password.
Exhibitor Registration LoginFrom your Exhibitor dashboard you can invite your prospects & customers to CBC. This special invitation from your company will give your prospects and customers the opportunity to register for CBC.
You can select to use the template, or copy the hyperlink to use in your own communication. Reporting on who used your link will also be available.

Lead retrieval services are offered through the exclusive registration vendor, Compusytems. From your dashboard, you can see the various options and pricing.
Freeman is the official contractor for CBC Baltimore. Please use the link below to access all Freeman forms and information, to order carpet and furniture, for details on shipping and material handling, and for cleaning and servicing your booth. NOTE: The discount price deadline is TBD
The installation and dismantling of prefabricated displays comes under the jurisdiction of the carpenters' union.
However, two (2) full-time exhibiting company employees may work without Carpenter Labor for one (1) hour on the installation (move-in) and one (1) hour on the dismantle (move-out) without union labor on booths that are larger than 10' x 10'. Exhibitors may work in booths 10' x 10' or smaller without the use of union labor.
Exhibitors are NOT permitted to use POWER TOOLS (electric drills, power saws, etc.) on booths of any size. Manual tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, ratchets, pry bars, etc. are allowable for exhibitor use within size and time limitations. Exhibitors may not borrow tools, ladders or other equipment from the exhibit facility and/or Freeman.
If you are using a contractor other than those on the Official Contractor List i.e. I&D company, you must submit an EAC form.

The Baltimore Convention Center works with several local non-profit organizations that could benefit by receiving miscellaneous items that you do not want to ship back after the show.
We will have a donation area set up by the exhibitor service desks during move out where you can bring your items for donation or you can recycle any paper you wish to discard.Â
The Baltimore Convention Center does NOT have a business center.
